The allocation process verifies your XRPL wallet against the snapshot taken on June 3, 2026. Eligible wallets holding ≥10,000,000 XOGE or providing liquidity to the Xoge/XRP AMM pool on First Ledger will be matched to a tier (Classy → Classy Commander) and RLUSD will be distributed directly to your self-custodial wallet (e.g., Xaman) after a brief compliance review. No private keys are ever requested.
